Having taken our classes online during the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020-2022, we now have a vast collection of class recordings.
A selection appears here - some will have been live classes and others recorded just for on demand viewing.
The selection will reflect the 'Core Four' principle of Clifford Studios where we advise clients aim to do 4 sessions a week: one Strength, one Cardio, one Pilates/Yoga and one Barre.
They are all free to watch/take part in however if you feel you want to make a contribution in return for the class, please use the button below.

Warm up, 6 mins of cardio, 3 mins of strength and 1 min of abdominals x 3 plus a cool down. A full body blast working the heart as well as arms/legs and core.

15 minutes to increase hip mobility as well as ease any stresses or strains in the area. Can be taken as a standalone session or paired with other shorter Pilates classes/cardio blasts.

A short focussed session for the lower back. Can be paired with other shorter sessions (Abdominals/Hips/Cardio) or taken alone if you're suffering for any reason.

25 minutes without a break - are you up to the challenge? A great way to burn calories and increase your cardiovascular health - low + high impact options given.

A short blast of cardio for when you're low on time or can combine with another short Pilates class. Light hand weights optional and low and high impact options given throughout!

Squat, plank, lunge REPEAT until you hit the mat for some abs! Light hand weights optional (no more than 1kg) plus a mat.

30 minutes just for you. Oil the joints, focus on the breath and finish feeling a whole lot better in your skin.
