In order to keep providing high quality classes, we will collect relevant personal information, use it only when required and keep it secure.

We use the MindBody system for class booking and administration. Here’s a link to their Privacy Policy so you know what’s what. Only employees of Clifford Studios have access to the booking system and this is also password protected.

When you’ve register with us, you are asked which newsletter you wish to receive; Adult or Children's. If you choose one, you must also have opted to receive 'News + Promos' for you to actually get sent either email.

Adults:
We don't have a regular sending schedule and only email when we have something to say such as special offers, free classes or changes to the timetable. You can opt out at any time.

Children:
We don't use this newsletter to sell to you but to let you know about venue or timetable changes as well as our shows and exams. If you don't sign up there is a chance you may miss out on these things and won't therefore get the same high level experience. We pride ourselves on our communication and planning as we know everyone has busy lives.

The emails are both sent via the MindBody system and are therefore subject to the same privacy policy as above. This means we gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletters.

We use Memberstack for our Video Library content. Here's a link to their Privacy Policy so you know how they are storing your data. Only employees at Clifford Studios have access to Memberstack and this is also password protected.
